Moroccan musicians recorded by Gérard Krémer, released as "Maroc" on the Arion label (ARN 64079) in 1989. The notes state: "The music of Morocco is without doubt one of the richest and most varied of Arab musical traditions. It is a living vestige of an art which is directly related to the music of ancient times. On this disc a place of honour is reserved for Moroccan Berber music, whose traditions are thousands of years old."
